6331 Sayılı yasa kapsamında Çalışma ve Sosyal Güvenlik Bakanlığı’nın yetkilendirmesi ile mevzuatın gerektirdiği fiziki ve tıbbi donanıma sahip olan Salutem OSGB, bünyesindeki İşyeri Hekimleri, İş Güvenliği Uzmanları, İşyeri Sağlık Personelleri ile İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Hizmetlerini kaliteli bir şekilde yerine getirmeyi ilke edinmiştir. Her geçen gün daha fazla istihdam alanı oluşturarak bölge ve ülke ekonomisine katkıda bulunan Salutem OSGB; İnsan kaynakları yönetiminden güvenli işyeri yönetimine kadar her alanda yenilikçi, araştırmacı ve teknolojik gelişmelere uyum sağlamaya yönelik yönetim politikası ile hareket etmektedir.
